T’Jean on the mend

PRODUCER T’Jean Bennett is currently recouping at his St Andrew home after receiving a life-saving transfusion at the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) in St Andrew on Tuesday.Bennett — who is in his 30s — suffers from aplastic anaemia, an autoimmune disease which causes the body to fail to produce blood cells in sufficient numbers. He was admitted at the UHWI on Monday.
